Am I allowed to use the forum to sell/advertise my products/ sports services    

The forum is strictly for non–commercial purposes only and not to be used for the sale or advertisement of products or services. If you are a business owner, coach or facility owner, please contact us at sales@sportsanity.com.sg

Can I make a complaint or air my grievances with another SportSanity user on the forum?

SportSanity is not responsible for user conduct outside the bounds of our website. You may create/post any forum thread you wish as long as the discussion does not violate any of our terms of services; rules of the forum and user conduct guidelines. On the other hand, you should also be aware that other members, including those you have crossed paths with, may choose to do the same as long as they are do not violate any of our rules. Our moderators will have the right to remove such postings without prior notice.

Why can’t my post be posted on the forum?

Certain words have been censored and will require approval from moderators before comments containing such words can be posted up. Alternatively, if you have been in violation of any rules of the website, you might have been blocked permanently or temporarily.

I am sure I did not break any rules but I can’t seem to access and post anything on the forum and marketplace

Do I have to pay a fee to use the marketplace?

No fee is required for you to use the marketplace    

Is the marketplace safe for me to sell and buy goods from?

Our marketplace is created as a place for sellers and buyers to trade/ sell their equipment. We do not verify the authenticity of the sellers/buyers or anything that is put up for sale/trade in the marketplace. We advise that all parties check the items carefully before completing the purchase. Do note that you are buying at your own will and SportSanity will not be liable for any disputes or inaccurate information that arises from any advertisements put up in its Marketplace.

Why is it that I cant I am not allowed to post any more products for sale.

Each user is allowed a maximum of two posts at any one time on the marketplace. This is to prevent people from using the marketplace for commercial purposes.

I do not currently have any posts on the marketplace but my post does not seem to show.    

There are two reasons why your post is not shown:   1.     Certain words have been censored and if your post includes any censored word, it will require approval from moderators before it can go up. 2.     You might have been in violation of the rules of the website or we have received mutiple complaints from other buyers/sellers and hence have blacklisted you either temporarily or permanently.

I am not satisfied with a product/service provided by a fellow user. It is not what is described.

SportSanity will not be liable for any disputes or inaccurate information that arises from any advertisements put up in its Marketplace. We kindly advise you to check the product thoroughly before purchase.

There is a shop/ coach/ facility that I go to that is not included in your list.

We are always looking to expand our list. Do contact us at admin@sportsanity.com.sg. We will contact the coach/retailer/ facility owner shortly to check his details and gain his permission before adding it into the list. Although we have gone through intensive research to bring to our users as much information as we can, we do note that we might have missed out on the listing of a coach, retailer or a facility owner.

The information in the directory is not accurate and not up to date. Why is this so?

This listing is a free service and our research team, merchants as well as members contribute information. We do conduct checks to see if the information is still up to date and encourage, merchants to inform us if there are any changes. However, at times there might be a time lag. Between the update. If you find that any information is not accurate and up-to-date, we would appreciate if you drop us an email at feedback@sportsanity.com.sg.

What is the difference between a partner coach/ retailer and general listings?

The general listings include a directory of active coaches/ retailers and facilities of each sport in Singapore The partner coaches/ retailers that are featured at the top of the page are exclusive coaches and retailers that SportSanity has partnered with to bring special discounts/ packages to banners. Users will notice that these partner coaches/retailers are placed at the top of the listings together with the special promotions/ packages they have created for members.

I find this list really useful; can I copy and paste the information and place on my web page?

No. All the data on the website has been created with our blood, sweat and tears over a long period of time. We appreciate your kind understanding and hope that what we created for the community will not be simply misused. Some of the coaches/ retailers and facility owners do not allow anyone to simply post their listing online without permission or have granted us exclusivity and you might get into trouble for nothing. If you would like to share our information with others, we ask that you share with them just the link instead.

I am a coach/ retailer / facility owner and I would like to post a listing, how can I go about doing so
